WifiConnectionHelper is a tiny android application that scans for access points
until a connection is established once WiFi interface is activated.
Especially useful on the Motorola Milestone 2 (Droid Global 2) with certain access points.
The app will retry at most 300 times per WiFi interface startup to conserve energy.
